A German passenger is suing an airline after flight attendants refused to let him travel, claiming he was too smelly.
Werner Brechtfeld, 46, had boarded his plane home after a hard day's sightseeing in sweltering Hawaii. But after the passenger sitting next to him complained to flight attendants that he stank "to high heaven" he was asked to leave the plane in Honolulu and wait for the next flight back to Germany.
Mr Brechtfeld was unable to change his shirt because his bags had already been checked in and had no choice but to comply. He is now requesting £1,500 in compensation for missing his flight back home to Dusseldorf.
uh....he stank so they made him get off the plane??? ohhhh, I smell a law suit...too bad he wasnt fat and smelly..then he could have really sued them..
