Fairfield, California - A man wearing only black undershorts robbed a convenience store early Tuesday, Fairfield police said.
Officials said the man entered the 7-Eleven store at 1231 Tabor Ave. at around 12:30 a.m.He walked behind the counter and demanded that the clerk open the register, police said. The robber took cash and left the store.
The robber was last seen walking south toward Solano Mall. The area was searched, but police could not find the bandit.The robber was also described as Hispanic, about 30 years old and having a ponytail and light mustache.
