Bintastic !

An entrepreneur has dreamt up a rubbish way to support the England football team's World Cup bid, which has proved a big success.

Adam Bird, from Telford, Shropshire, has created Cross of St George stickers which fit perfectly onto wheelie bins.

And they have proved so popular he has already had 300,000 orders after tying up a deal with a supermarket chain.

The 36-year-old dreamt up the idea after seeing a neighbour's bin which had a smiley face painted on it.

"It cheered me up, and I thought it would be a fantastic way to support our boys out in Germany," said Mr Bird.

The entrepreneur had to borrow money from friends and family after a bank refused to help fulfil his business plan, which he has dubbed "bintastic".
