There's a new law here ,the police can tow and destroy any car without road tax or insurance , unless the people pay up within a week ... a lot of the time people just say fuck it the car ain't worth shit ... and allow it to be destroyed
oh man..i love you guys..that law would never be passed here..americans are so crazy about their cars...even shitty ones..
