Rolling Stones star Keith Richards crashed a jet ski only hours after falling out of a tree, it was revealed yesterday.The guitarist was still in hospital last night following the two accidents in Fiji.
He was said to have suffered mild concussion when he tumbled from a coconut palm.
Richards, 62, was on holiday in the South Pacific state with wife Patti, 47, during a break in the Stones’ Bigger Bang world tour.
Spokeswoman Fran Curtis said: “Following treatment locally and as a precautionary measure he was flown to a hospital in Auckland, New Zealand, accompanied by Patti, for observation.”
According to one report the veteran rocker had a serious headache after the fall, but he still had the energy to jump on a jet ski — then pranged it.
