GENEVA, Ohio -- In one small Ohio town, they're calling it the "bargain of the year."
A BP gas station in Geneva accidentally sold premium grade for a little over $1 a gallon earlier this week. The price was supposed to be $3.01 per gallon, but Monday night the pump said $1.01.
The owner of a lawn service company said when he went to fill up, he saw a huge line. He said as a small businessman himself, he felt sorry for the station owner and convinced a gas station employee that there was a problem.
So the pump was turned off -- angering people who were lined up and had to be turned away.
Geneva is about 50 miles northeast of Cleveland.
