Granny whoopass

DURHAM, N.C A burglar got a little more than he bargained for at Marie Miller's house in Durham, North Carolina.

Miller surprised the intruder when she returned from a trip to the beauty parlor. The attacker knocked the 89-year-old grandmother down but she fought back, kicking and clawing the man until he retreated. He left with Miller's car, cell phone, and some scratches.

Miller jokes that she would have "popped him in the nose" but she couldn't get her hand up there.

Police have identified a suspect and they think he also broke into another house near Miller's.
