VIENNA, Austria -- People in Austria are being urged to watch out for dog poop. Not to avoid stepping in it, but to count it.
A group called the Vienna Dog-Dropping Initiative organized a doggy-doo census. Residents were asked to count how many piles of poo they saw in a five-minute period.
The group wants city officials to do something about Vienna's doggie mess. Activists say there should be tougher legal penalties for dog owners who don't clean up after Rover.
