More than 700,000 people are thought to make a living - full-time or part-time - buying and selling on eBay.
The three-hour course at Northampton College will use official teaching materials provided by the company.
Course leader Nigel Girling said: "First-time eBay sellers often make costly mistakes. This session is designed to help people maximise their profits from the beginning. The classes will be taught by our specialist eBay instructor."
