A heavy read

Looking for a good read to take on your holidays? Well look no further than The Opus.

As the world's heaviest book, it documents 41 years of the Super Bowl and would take longer than a holiday to get through.

The monsterous works are presented in a silk-covered box and come leather-bound.

It measures 20x20” with more than 850 glossy pages and it weighs in at a record-breaking 88lbs.

Inside it features historic moments, rare photography and stories from iconic players and coaches.

The first 400 copies of this limited edition run of 20,000 are signed by all the most “Most Valuable Player” award winners and are priced at $40,000 (£20,400) each.

The remaining 19,600 copies are $4,000 (£2,040) each.

Each Opus will be numbered and buyers can even select their favorite number in the collection.

The Opus can be purchased and viewed at Saks Fifth Avenue, Selfridges, Harrods, krakenopus.com, NFL.com and selected retailers.
