Australia's first aquanaut has returned to the surface after living underwater in wetlands for almost two weeks at Albury on the New South Wales-Victoria border.
Marine biologist Lloyd Godson rode a bike to generate electricity, grew some of his own food and used algae to produce oxygen.
The 29-year-old says he never got lonely, with people from all over the world communicating with him by the Internet.
Mr Godson says there were some challenges he had to overcome with the help of a support crew, but he would do it again.
"The psychological challenge of just being in a confined space for that long for a start," he said.
"There's equipment things, you've always got little issues with equipment, but we had a fantastic team up here who were able to resolve all those issues pretty promptly. We were constantly making improvements to things that were going on down there and trying to optimise my living conditions."
