Serious questions to the PM

The Australian Prime Minister John Howard has been quizzed by school students in Canberra today, with some more interested in his eyebrows than in running the country.

Mr Howard went to the St Francis Xavier College in Canberra for a picture opportunity but took a few unexpected questions while having a cup of tea with Year 12 students.

One wanted to know why the US rapper, Snoop Dogg, was banned from entering the country recently.

"He had an appalling criminal record, that's why," Mr Howard said.

The student asked if Snoop will ever be coming back to play a concert.

"Not while I'm around, no," said the Prime Minister.

But the questions got much more hairy.

"This is completely off the topic - I have the same problem as you, how do you keep your eyebrows nice and neat?" one student asked.

The Prime Minister laughed off the question.

"Isn't he good?" he said.
