Mr Dickinson, from Penmaenmawr, Conwy, wants to take his model around UK tattoo competitions.
It would include a knife and fork behind each ear.
The traditional breakfast has fallen in popularity in recent years behind the less fattening Continental alternative. It may well be a cholesterol-packed meat-lover's dream - and perhaps a health nutritionist's nightmare - but it clearly still has its fans.
Mr Dickinson remains willing, however, to accept variations on the theme. That could mean additions such as black pudding - or even meat-free options for vegetarians would be considered.
But he will insist that the tattoo would have to be on someone's head to gain the full effect.
"It's such a striking and recognisable dish, but I will gladly make changes to suit any taste or background."
So far, however, he has been unable to convince his friends to volunteer.
