EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio -- Two inmates are back in a Columbiana County prison Wednesday morning after escaping Tuesday afternoon.
Police said Michael Armstrong, 28, and Shawn Cunningham, 18, fled in a John Deere tractor they were using to mow a lawn across the road from the prison.
Police captured the two men several hours later after a brief chase through the woods in East Liverpool.
