Callous !

Two 12-week-old puppies have been rescued after being dumped on a road in a black bin liner.

The dogs - a Jack Russell terrier cross and a black collie cross - were discovered near Dunstall Park Racecourse in Wolverhampton on Monday.

A passer-by rescued them and called RSPCA staff who are caring for the dogs, named Jack and Charlton, at Gonsall Farm Animal Centre, Dorrington.

The RSPCA wants people with information about the puppies to contact them.

RSPCA Inspector Martin Dolan, said: "I find it astonishing that someone could be so heartless to dump these puppies on a road placing them in great danger.

"Dumping animals is unacceptable behaviour and I would like to find out who was responsible for such a callous act."

Oh play on our hearts with a puppy picture for a comment... anyone that could hurt a puppy is worthless.
